Oakridge

Oakridge is a primarily residential neighborhood known for its mix of older, post-war houses and newer, modern houses. The neighborhood is also home to a number of small businesses, including shops, restaurants, and services, that cater to the local community. The highlight of Oakridge is Oakridge Park. A large public park that is home to a playground, a soccer field, a baseball diamond, and a variety of community programs and events. Oakridge Arena ice rink is home to several local hockey teams and organizations. The area is well-connected to public transportation with several bus routes and it's relatively easy to get around by bike or on foot.
