Lawrence Park South

Lawrence Park South is a upscale, affluent neighborhood, known for its large, stately homes, tree-lined streets and its proximity to the Lawrence Park. It is considered one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Toronto, because of its prestigious reputation, proximity to excellent schools, parks, and other amenities. It's mostly a residential area and it's home to many families and professionals. The area has a mix of detached, semi-detached, and townhouses and it's known for its large lots, many of which are landscaped with mature trees.

The area around Lawrence Park South is home to many amenities, including the shops and restaurants on Yonge Street, the Lawrence Park Community Church, and the Lawrence Park Tennis Club. The neighborhood is also home to some of the best schools in the city, including Lawrence Park Collegiate Institute and the Upper Canada College.
